Functional Requirement »Add personal user details« (FR-3)

If a user creates an account, the system must provide the ability to the users to add details personal details (like adress), by providing a form and functions.

Kano type: Basic - When placing multiple orders, it is important that users do not have to re-enter their address and personal data each time. This quickly becomes annoying for the user.

Reasons for the goals

The two goals of GO-4 and GO-9 are addressed by this requirement, since on the one hand the storage of data makes it easier for the user to use the system and thus simple to use. On the other hand, the one-time entry of the order data makes it possible for these to be forwarded to the different vendors for future orders without the customer having to enter them again or having to register separately on the vendor’s own shop.
