Sub-Goal »Provide feeling of one shop« (GO-9)

The business customers probably have their own (web)shops but the system should provide users with the feeling that with our tool they only use one shop. The different shops should be "merged into one".

Part of the main goal ...

Reasoning

Users would probably be frustrated and stressed if they would be redirected to the business customer shops when they want to buy stuff - especially when they want several products from different businesses. This needs to be prevented: When using our tool, users should have the same user experience no matter which business they buy stuff from. It reduces barriers, mistakes and all in all just feels easier.

Success Criteria

Users should be able to select furniture from at least two different manufacturers at the same time in a list. In addition, similar furniture from other manufacturers should be recommended.
