Reasoning

The goal of the system is to reduce returns of business customers by allowing users not only to view the furniture, but also to position it directly in their home. As described in several articles (https://arsenal.cgtrader.com/blog/augmented-reality-the-answer-to-ecommerce-returns-problem), AR can drastically reduce the return rate. Returns are costly and highly affect the environment.

Success Criteria

The shipping returns should be at 2% or less.
